Rest assured, ordering online is completely safe and protected. At CARAM, we are concerned about your security and we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to process your online orders.
What is an SSL? How does it ensure safety?
SSL literally means Secure Socket Layer. It is a set method for shielding web communication. The SSL security protocol provides data encryption, server authentication, message integrity, and optional client authentication for a TCP/IP connection. You can ensure the security of your connection by looking at the URL line of your browser; when accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from "http" to "https".
I am not comfortable ordering online. Do you have other options for me?
We understand your insecurities as a buyer and our aim is to make sure you are comfortable while you shop. Therefore, if you'd like to shop with us but not order online, feel free to send us an email and a money order (no personal checks) and your order description to:

If you so prefer, we are happy to process your transaction over phone. Please note, we are only able to handle a limited number of telephone orders per day and thus apply a minimum order of $75.00.

Will CARAM inform me, if my order is out of supply?
Yes. If your chosen/order product is out of stock, we will inform you via email and along with an estimated time of delivery. Should you wish to change the order or cancel it, you can let us know at any given time.
I want to order online, but don't have a credit card.
If you do not have a credit card, you can use a PayPal account or pay via money order. A PayPal account allows you to pay with money in your bank account. Alternately, you may mail in your order with a money order which is payable to:

I don't live in the Germany, can I still order jewellery?
Yes. We accept International Credit Cards in US currency through PayPal.
Shipping - FAQ
How will CARAM ship my order?
Your shipping will depend upon the option you have selected on the shipping page.
Do I have to pay for my shipping?
Yes, the price does not include shipping charges, they are extra. Please refer to our Shipping Policy page for further details.
Jewellery FAQ
My jewellery doesn't fit, can I return it?
CARAM sells only new and unused jewellery. The nature of our business does not warrant returns. Refer to the Terms and Conditions page for returns for further details.
Miscellaneous - FAQ
Do you take custom orders?
Yes. We can pretty much custom make any piece of jewellery your heart can dream of. Email us a diagram or picture of what you are looking for and we will send you a quote.
Do you have a catalog?
Unfortunately we do not have a catalog. In order to keep our costs down we do not have a catalog. Everything we have available is online. We continually add new items; if we did maintain a catalog it would be frequently out of date.
Do other websites sell authentic CARAM merchandise?
